"The owners are very friendly and will help with any issue you have. This is not a hotel but very much like a traditional ryokan in that you sleep on a futon on the floor. Don't expect it to be a hotel as in Japanese ways it is not. What you do get is very friendly hosts, that will try and accommodate you to their best. We had a great stay and made new friends in the process. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future."

"I stayed here for three weeks and really enjoyed it! Close to the Cortina and Norikura slopes and if you wanna go into town or the other ski areas, the bus stop is literally just outside the door. Nice owner, free use of the kitchen to make my own food, good wi-fi connection and great help with my ski equipment that I rented there. Totally recommend this place!"
