"子ども2人と私の3人で利用させていただきました。一棟建ての宿をいろいろ泊まってきましたが、花hanaさんは設備が至れり尽くせりで大満足でした♪子どもがベッド派と畳派に分かれてるので、ベッドルームも和室も並んであって助かりました。暖炉も初めて使いましたが、チェックイン時に説明もありますが、詳しく書いた説明書もあったので、それを見つつ薪をくべたりしました。宿までの道のりは道が狭いですが、肥後寿司さんの近くの筋から上に上がっていくのが一番近い道のようです。"

"101に宿泊しました！他部屋は通りからお部屋が見える感じでしたが山側でプライバシーな面も気に入りました。夜はファイヤーピットを家族と友人と囲み周りを気にせず楽しめ、タヌキが時々現れて朝は朝日と自然を楽しむこともできました！また行きたいと思います"

"まず温泉の所の草がボーボーで、水風呂には草や虫が沢山居て入れない。さらに中にはムカデなどの虫もいるし... まあ虫は仕方ないにしても、プーンとカビのようなにおいがするし、洗濯機置き場の周りも汚い。さらに食器入れるところも汚くて使えない。清掃料金払ってるのに掃除してないの！？改善されない限り二度と行きたくないそれと電球切れかけてチカチカしてた。"
