"Very central location has also its downside - this place is located on a busy street with very vivid night life. There is no aircondition there, cigarette smoke and noise until 3 am doesn't allow to keep the window open. So it gets very warm in the room but it's not so important since one can't sleep anyway (sarcasm) due to noises coming from the bars located downstairs. At 0245am some drunk people began ringing the intercom by the entrance, hoping that if they continue for 25 min some guest...

"This building is literally 1/3 built though actually had no impact on the stay at all. It’s just a bit strange on arrival. Continuing the strange, there was no actual check in as I was messaged via the app of the room number and that the door was open and the key inside.
