"Daytime and late night staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon staff person not so much. Website says shuttle available around immediate area and to airport, but when we inquired were told by afternoon person we could not use van to get to bottom of hill (with our luggage) for our car pickup and also before stay when I asked about shuttle service to airport, we were directed to make our own arrangements- they did not provide. I would recommend clarity on use of shuttle. Aslo- music entertainment in the square echos off buildings and the noise until 1:30 am was unfortunate."
Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & SPA

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni."

"Beautiful breakfast, so disappointed as on photos it looks like the upstairs terrace has a bar, someone comes up to take your order if your lucky , Don’t go before 6 , we sat on Saturday and no one came at all for 6 of us ,"
Masseria Salinola

"Masseria Salinola was everything we hoped a stay at a family-run masseria in Puglia would be: charming, intimate and incredibly welcoming. With only 12 rooms, there was a wonderful sense of connection here that we didn’t experience at larger hotels. We found ourselves chatting with other guests throughout our stay, which made it feel less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into a small community. If you stay here, you absolutely must have dinner at the masseria at least once. Dinner is served by candlelight under the trees on the patio, with fire pits glowing nearby, and the entire setting is simply stunning. It was one of those experiences where the atmosphere becomes as memorable as the meal itself. The family-run nature of Masseria Salinola gives it a warmth and personality that is difficult to manufacture. It was charming, beautiful and genuinely special, and exactly the kind of experience we were hoping to find in Puglia. We would absolutely recommend it."
