"We stayed at La Sommita after our wedding in Ostuni, and from the moment we were picked up and brought to the hotel, everything was exceptional. The staff are wonderfully friendly, courteous, and professional, they truly make this hotel stand out. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely stunning. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset spritz. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering plenty of variety and fresh options. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ostuni. It captures the authentic charm of Puglia, has the intimacy of a boutique hotel, and feels absolutely perfect."

"Well-located. Almost brand-new. Delightful & supremely helpful staff. Breakfast Fabulous! Breads, coffees, fruits, meats. Juices too. Sea view from lobby & room. We neededcactaxi to a restaurant a half hour away and they arranged for it for us. Only complaint was slow elevator when hotel was full. "

"We loved our stay here it was a private and peaceful place just 6 minutes outside Ostuni. Breakfast was great and the pool area was excellent The staff was very polite and helpful we would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone "

"We stayed in a family suite and it was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a living area and separate bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we were just a few minutes walk from the main square. It was really quiet in the street although we were so close to the centre. We arrived in the middle of the afternoon when it was at its hottest and made the mistake of walking up hill through all the little streets. Would recommend walking the much easier route through the main square and past the Park of Remembrance if you’re coming up from the bus stop! Also, you’ll need cash for the bus into town if you’re arriving by train. The breakfast had limited choice but was very nice and we were shown to our rooms by a friendly member of staff who showed us everything we needed. "

"A four generation property where you are made to feel like family. Such a cozy homey property. Guests are encouraged to walk through the farm to visit the farm animals and taste the fruits. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh ricotta made in house figs from the trees on the property and freshly made preserves and juices. The olive oil is sublime. A bottle is left on every table at dinner and is drizzled onto a plate for guests to dip the freshly baked assorted breads that show up every evening at dinner service. The cuisine is local and simple yet tasty and unpretentious. Reminding me of my mothers food. I can’t say enough about Masseria Salinola. If you can go, you should go. Thank you Daniele and all the staff for treating us so well. We will return. "
