At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Ideal mit Kindern

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz auf mehrere Räume verteilt. Alles sehr großzügig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Fast wie zu Hause. Das WLAN ist etwas wackelig. Bei zu hoher Datenrate stürzt der Repeater ab. Die Verwaltung hat aber immer am Folgetag schnell reagiert. Strand ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Prerow bietet einen wunderschönen Strand. Sehr natürlich, keine Hotels am Strand.

saubere Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber sauber und geräumig. Für einen Urlaub mit Familie ideal. Ein bisschen schade ist es, dass die Wohnung im ersten Stock liegt und man den Garten zum Sitzen und Essen nicht wirklich nutzt.

Schöne Fewo für Urlaub mit Kids

- FeWo (Nr. 4) sehr geräumig (hilfreich bei Regentagen) und schön eingerichtet - Lage super (nicht weit zum Supermarkt und zur Seebrücke -großzügiges Grundstück um das Haus herum ermöglicht Kindern vor Ort draußen zu spielen .

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, besonders die Küche ist sehr groß. Auch 5 Personen haben dort gut Platz. Uns fehlte ein Fahrradschuppen und das Salz im Geschirrspüler - sollte Vermietersache sein. Ansonsten alles schick.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen. Auch der Garten lädt zu verweilen ein. Klare Empfehlung.

Kurzurlaub in Prerow

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Raumaufteilung war für uns ideal, für Oma und Opa und Tochter mit Ehemann und 7 Jahre alten Sohn. Sie war sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte eigentlich nichts an der sehr vielfältigen Ausstattung. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich nahe am Zentrum von Prerow, so dass mann in wenigen Minuten dort ist. Da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat, kann es durchaus sein, dass wir wieder kommen.
