The spacious Non smoking apartment 02, which extends over 2 floors, is located in the 1. Floor of the house. With its approx. 90 m² you have enough space for max. 6 adults + 2 infants up to 3 years in travel cot. On one level there is a bedroom, a large bathroom and the spacious kitchen with adjoining living area. The cozy living area includes a large couch corner with coffee table, reading lamp, sideboard, Smart TV and a mini-stereo system. On cooler days, a fireplace provides comfort and warmth. Also on an Internet connection (WLAN) you do not need to miss on vacation. This is inclusive for you. From here you get to the seated south / west balcony. The adjoining and fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood, a large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. A dining table completes this area. The 1. Bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable bed bases, bedside tables, a wardrobe, blackout option and a smart TV. The spacious daylight bathroom includes a corner bath, a shower, a toilet, a vanity and a hair dryer. A staircase from the kitchen area leads to the upper floor. The 2. The bedroom with sloping ceilings has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), a wardrobe, blackout options and a desk. The 3. Bedroom has a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m), adjustable bed bases, bedside tables, a wardrobe, blackout options and a Smart TV. A guest toilet with a small sink completes the upper floor. All rooms were equipped with tiles and underfloor heating. With its own and brought sleeping place is 1 pet a welcome guest. Your brought or borrowed bikes can be stored in the shed. In the separate wash house you can use a washing machine and a dryer against a cash register of confidence. A parking space is located directly at the house. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 16.00 € per person or supplement by your own. The spacious non-smoking holiday apartments are located on a ca. 800 m² house plot in the Baltic resort of Baabe belonging to the original town center (Alt-Baabe). In 2010, the attractive multi-family clinker house was built and includes 4 apartments of the three are offered as apartments. These are located on the ground floor and in 1. Floor. The quiet location surrounded by privately owned homes invites you to relax on the terrace or balcony. In about 1.3 km you can easily reach the white sandy beach. Großzügige moderne Wohnung, zentral gelegen, ruhige Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr, leider Dacharbeiten wegen Solaranlage deswegen Balkon teilweise belegt, Zigaretten Rauch zog teilweise in die Wohnung durch offenene Fenster, trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung war wirklich ganz toll - groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (super bequeme Betten!). Nur der Garten war viel kleiner als wir gedacht haben. Rundrum ziemlich eng bebaut. Doch ein paar hundert Meter weiter fängt der Wald an und in die andere Richtung der Deich. Mit Fahrrad kommt man sehr gut überall hin. Sehr netter Vermieter.
