"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken."

"What a lovely place to stay in Zakopane! Our host is very gracious, the accommodation is cozy, very functional and super convenient to get to the center of Zakopane by foot. Would highly recommend this gem of a place. "

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"The photos are misleading, they show a different facility than the one we slept in... We've got room in other (older) building with not so good conditions. The room smelled very badly of sewage, we had to ventilate it a lot. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really delicious, it compensated us for the disadvantages and we generally remember the trip well. Someone very talented takes care of the breakfast food there."
