"昨年、宿泊してとても良かったので今回もお願いしましたが… ゴキブリが多くて参りました。前日までに届いたメールでは宿泊施設は新8号棟とあったのですが、当日電話があり2号棟に変更とのこと。どうなのかなーと思いましたが、やはり前回宿泊した7号棟より年季が入っていて残念でした。公式ではなくExpediaで安く予約したからでしょうか？？トイレも1回では流れず、2回ボタンを押さないと流れません。そして、キッチン脇の勝手口に鍵がかかっていなかったことに3日目に気づきました。子供たちもとても楽しみにしていたのに、ゴキブリを発見する度に悲鳴。夜もビクビクしながら寝て、くつろぐことがあまり出来ませんでした。ヤモリ・アリはまだ許せますが、さすがにあれだけのゴキブリは… いちいち電話するのも面倒なので、5日間ガマンしました。とても綺麗や海が近いので、もう少し頑張って欲しいです！！"

"Stay away. House was disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks upon arrival. We noticed ants, dead and alive, all over the house. "Very new and super clean hotel. The staff were all nice and welcoming. Our twin rooms were very large and comfortable! You are allowed to visit the adjacent convenience store and the public bath in the provided lounge wear. We had Agu pork Shabu Shabu for dinner and it was fantastic. Overall my family and I were very satisfied with this hotel! "
