"Pekne ubytovani v jednoduse zarizenych pokojich s uzamykatelnou skrini, stolem a zidlemi. K dispozici tez rucnik pro kazde luzko. Sdilene koupelny a kuchynky jsou hezky a moderne zarizene. Velmi blizko tramvajove zastavce do centra Ostravy. Velmi potesila moznost samostatneho check in v pripade pozdniho prijezdu. Navic pani na recepci byla velmi prijemna a napomocna. Nice accomodation in simple rooms with lockable wardrobes, tables and chairs. They also provide towel for each bed. The shared bathrooms and kitchens are quite modern and nice. It is very close to tram station, a few minutes to downtown Ostrava. The self checkin option is very welcomed in case of late arrival. The staff is very nice and helpfull. But there is no need to talk to anybody on checkin or checkout."

"Wonderful staff. Some of the most friendly in the Czech Republic. I rarely dine in hotel restaurants but the deer filet in the Winestone restaurant was next level phenomenal. I will 100 percent stay here again if ever in Ostrava. "
