The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location.
Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "

"My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights recently and we have nothing, but positive feedback. This property is run by a Dutch/Flemish couple and they were exceptional. Great breakfast, comfortable room and it was great to wake up to a remarkable view of the local landscape. They also can recommend local dinner options and even call to make reservations for you. Would highly recommend this B&B"
"This is a nice boutique hotel in a countryside village in the heart of the Marche region, ideally located if you have a car and plan to move around. The rooms are very clean, the beds are fairly comfy and the town goes silent at night, so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. "This family owned property provided a welcoming and warm greeting. We had a great meal wonderful (free) breakfast. Netfix option on the TV using my own account which was great because my Italian was not very good. I needed my meds to be refrigerated snd they provided a fridge.
