You will be staying near the Braunlage ski area, which is easily commutable through the ski lift, 10 km away. There is also a forest, 100 m away, perfect for tracing the nature trails. You will find plenty of shops to procure groceries and restaurants to visit, all within walking distance.

You will find this holiday home surrounded by a well-manicured garden, and the entrance is furnished with a lovely terrace, equipped with garden furniture, to unwind. You can also lounge by the fireplace in the cozy living room or prepare delicious meals in the open kitchen. An evening spent indulging in the barbecue on the terrace will surely be memorable. Casa bellissima in un'ambientazione idilliaca, C'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno! La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata semplice e veloce, Assolutamente consigliato!

Leider konnte die FeWo nicht das halten was inseriert war. Jeder laute Schritt von der oberen FeWo wurde in der darunter liegenden FeWo gehört. Heizung war ausgeschaltet (Sommer) was verständlich ist wenn 30 Grad gewesen wären aber bei 8 Grad musste der Kamin herhalten. Fürs Holz musste aber extra bezahlt werden. Sollte neu bewertet werden! FeWo liegt direkt an der Bundesstraße. Wir hatten viel Glück da diese zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes gesperrt war. WLAN war sehr schwach vorhanden. Hatten sich mehrere eingewählt kam es schnell an seine Grenzen.

De locatie is vredig en omgeven door natuur, waardoor het een geweldige ontsnapping uit het stadsleven is, Het huis zelf was ruim, en we hadden geen problemen met de netheid, Het was leuk om onze huisdieren mee te nemen, Al met al, een goede ervaring, hoewel we wensten dat er meer eetgelegenheden dichterbij waren

Schönes Haus .Die untere Wohnung ist etwas altbackend aber für 4Tage ok.Die obere Wohnung sehr sehr schön .Das einzige was gestört hat war das laute knacken der Heizung .Jeden Morgen um 7 Uhr und zwischendurch. Das war unangenehm.

Accomodatie had voldoende ruimte, ook met twee kleine kinderen. Huisje is wat gedateerd en heeft wat weinig inventaris innde keuken. Wel in beide appartementen een haard aanwezig. Keuken beneden wat krap om te zitten (kinderstoel past niet aan tafel) appartement boven had wel een ruime eetkeuken. Tegels bij de openhaard waren in slechte staat dus niet heel handig met kruipende kinderen.

Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus für 7 Personen gemietet und stellten vor Ort fest, dass es zwei getrennte Wohnungen waren. Der Kamin in der oberen Wohnung sollte besser außer Betrieb genommen werden. Trotz Anleitung bekommt man keine Luft mehr. Die im Mietvertrag angekündigten DVD-Player sind einfach nicht vorhanden. Dem guten Wetter war es zu verdanken, dass wir trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub hatten. Den Ferienwohnungen würde eine neue Einrichtung und etwas mehr Sauberkeit sehr gut stehen. Das Haus hat ausreichend Potential.
