"Everything was great about our stay - good breakfast, clean rooms, excellent location, black out shades that actually worked - except for the blond woman with the black glasses who worked at the reception desk. She was constantly haranguing guests and her co-workers like a school principal. I was scolded for bringing a hot dog into the lobby, my daughter heard it for opening a door she thought was a bathroom, another guest was chastised for leaving her luggage in the wrong place, and another...

"Overall it’s a great hotel but it definitely should be updated if they want to continue calling it a 5 star. Our room had a great view and layout but the bathroom had some chipped paint and the shower was small and had no glass, letting my water splash the floor outside the shower a lot. Also, it only has one old elevator that is an original elevator, so it looks cool but it’s small. The stairs are convenient but tiring if above the 4th floor. Staff was super nice and the location is perfect!...

"No complaints, stayed a week and was happy with everything. However, the WiFi does not reach every room - either get used to using it in the lounges or lobby, or request a room on the first (maybe second) floor. "
