The Passendale and Ypres area has a rich war history. The entire coastline of De Panne, Westende, Nieuwpoort, De Haan, Blankenberge, and Knokke-Heist are not far away, as Ostend is fairly centrally located on the Belgian coast. You can cook for yourself and prepare meals on the two stoves. It is best suited for three guests. Short distance to the dunes. You can find some games and books in a cupboard, and you can book during or outside of the holidays. A 140x200cm fold-out bed and a click-clack sofa bed are available. Suitable for 2 people and 2 children. Perfect for a short holiday. This is not a new apartment, but it has been restyled in a temporary retro style. Please bring your own bed linen and towels; down blankets and pillows are provided. It's also great if you bring bicycles to ride along the coast. Those who prefer to stay in pairs are also welcome. This rental apartment is ideal for a small family looking for a short seaside holiday! Before your arrival, I will provide you with the code for the key safe in mailbox 0402 (4th floor) at the entrance of the Placide Residence (Duinenlaan, 50, 8430 Middelkerke). Always provide your mobile phone number when making a reservation so we can communicate. Also provide photos of the access code of the key box and of the electricity to be turned on and off.
At the end of your stay, please return the studio keys to the key safe and lock it, ready for the next tenants.
NOTE: Please bring your own bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels. (Please bring your own sheets, towels and tea towels).
Cleaning fees do not apply, but you are expected to clean the studio yourself upon departure (cleaning equipment is available). Just as you would want to enter the studio for the first time :-)
At the moment, we are looking into a full service so that people do not have to bring anything. The supplement will depend on the people.
