Upon entering the open living room with fully equipped kitchen, you are immediately welcomed by the beautiful open view. Large windows provide an abundance of natural light and give access to the spacious surrounding terrace, which you can fully enjoy during your stay. The stylish living area is tastefully decorated with warm earth tones, an elegant designer sofa and a cozy dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people, divided into two beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made with quality linen, so you can immediately enjoy a carefree stay.
For extra comfort, the apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and double sink, and a second with a shower and single sink. There is also a separate toilet. In the storage room you will find a washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge during your vacation.

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately.
