"Hotel was great and perfect location to get anywhere in city. Very easy one minute walk to street car and five minute walk to subway station. All staff at hotel was very helpful. Bar was nice. The Italian restaurant inside hotel had good food but the hostess/waitress (younger one) was rude and did not like serving Americans. "

"The staff were great! My room was exactly as advertised - no frills. I needed an affordable room with two twin beds on short notice. This is exactly what I received. What was above and beyond was the complimentary breakfast every morning - it was quite delicious!! The negative was that the location is only close to the zoo. Otherwise, all other attractions and fine dining were not conveniently close. "

"Great place if it had a better management , maintenance, cleaning staff and if they cared. A kitchen facility that is never leaned, garage from previous client in the room, bathroom, closet, in 4 days and nights no towel change, only one spoon, one fork, one plate kitchen. towels missed replacing. A day where no one cleaned was the same as a day they apparently cleaned. Worst experience ever after 20 years of traveling to Germany. It is a shame. Fortunately the Indian Restaurant had a better...

"Very good location. Riverfront area is fairly close by. Some good restaurants nearby so for business it was just fine. The proximity to the NEXT Facade Design Studio was perfect for us. "
