"Big bedroom with excellent size and comfortable bed. Great balcony overlooking the lake, but it is on a busy road so it can get noisy. Sofa in lounge is not particularly comfortable for relaxing in the evening. General location is good for Lenno via the Greenway. The apartment did have a slight smell of smoke upon arrival. "
"Four of us (2 adults and two teens) had a great stopover in Como. Beautiful, clean apartment in excellent location.
Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity.
Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host!

"Perfect location facing Lake Como. Clean rooms. Staff were pleasant and professional. Very small elevators 😀..so used the stairs. Breakfast each day was included which was ok as the selection was the same for the 5 days we were there. Still recommended. Great location."

"The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
