"The hotel is small and exceptionally well managed by the owners Francisco and Frederica Stefanie, who are true service people who do their job with a smile and always a kind word. They work hard and are always available to make your stay a good one. The front desk person, Sylvia, helped me in ways words cannot express. My passport and license was kept by Alamo at Malpensa. I called the hotel and Sylvia made all the arrangements to get my passport delivered because Alamo failed to offer ways to...
