"We booked the hotel for an overnight stay between Geneva and Ancona, thinking it would be a clean, modern and comfortable choice. While it dud live up to s key criteria of being close to the main highway A1, the hotel itself seemed old and very non-modern. "We arrived late, the host was very angry. The place doesn’t have elevator while we have heavy luggage and we were offered no help. We also had to share a bathroom. Internet didn’t work at all, neither on our devices, nor on the TV. When we asked the host to fix it, she told that she doesn’t know, why it is not working. "Lovely location & very central for our needs, quite a lot of construction in the area & no aircon or adequate fan's. An information leaflet would be helpful ie wi fi codes & bus timetables etc. & usb points would be helpful "

"A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel. You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it.
