"We had a great Family Holiday there. We enjoyed the pool so much and the nice terrasse, where we had all our meals and sat in the evenings to watch the Sunset on the lake. We liked the dogs visiting us and Massimo was always helpful."

"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."

"No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "
