The unit is tastefully furnished. It offers a private deck with couches and BBQ. The Townhouse is good for couples, solo adventures, business travellers, and families (with kids). The space
The townhouse is a few short steps to the beach, pool, hot tub and amenity building. The amenity building includes a gym, pool table, shuffle board, and large common meeting area. It's a great place for summer and off season holidays as well as snowbirds. Wineries, spa, and two golf courses near by.

There is free ample parking throughout the entire complex. The attached garage is for owners use. The pool and hot tub are closed in winter months however for a small fee there is indoor swimming available nearby at the Holliday Inn Hotel
