"David's place was a wonderful base for exploring Girona for the first time! There is really no need for a car, as you are right in the heart of Old Town. So lovely to plan the day while looking out at the birds and the river, to see a festival band pass by in the street below from the back balcony, or watch the lights on the bridges at night. (If you are renting bikes, there are stairs to carry them up – but the location could not be better and is worth it as long as the bikes are light enough...

"Apartment was pretty clean and well equipped for vacation stay. All appliances and AC working. Furniture, linen, mattresses, dishes all of mid grade from IKEA store. In general, expect to have value for the money paid. The building and surrounding area is well maintained and surprisingly quiet in day and night. Taking the proximity to the beaches this is ideal location for beach vacation. Short walking distance to food stores and restaurants."

"Everything about the apartment was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the old town. It was also a great location to start your cycling day, close to many of the main roads out of town. And the food in girona was amazing, great tapas, great pastries and coffee. Jolien was always responsive to our messages even suggesting the closest beach to visit. Stay was beautiful with no problems!"

"This is a nice apartment literally just minutes away from the old quarter, so lots of great walks and restaurants just minutes away. Kitchen is pretty small, but we didn't cook in it. Lots of stairs to get up to the apt - wasn't an issue for us, but it it several flights of stairs. While it has AC, it's only capable of cooling the living room and does not reach into the larger bedroom, so if the temperature is hot outside, the one bedroom will be hot. (the other bedroom is off the living...
