The apartment was conveniently located around restaurants and stores. It was in a very nice neighborhood by the water. Also located within a short walk to the opera house and library. I stayed for a week with family and the apartment was comfortable and spacious

The location was excellent, with the convenience to trains and the City Centre. The area felt safe, was clean and lovely. The unit was not as nice as the general photos online and had quite a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom was dark. The indoor temperature was too hot, even on min, and the location overlooking the Central Station was too loud from trains to sleep with windows open. I would stay in a similar apartment again but would want to be more particular about the specific location and unit quality.

I loved this apartment. I didn't know there was a roof deck!!! Wow! I went up there every day! So great! One tiny detail - it'd be nice if there was a small shelf in the shower. Just a place to place a bottle of shampoo. But a fantastic place! Thank you!

It was close to the train station . It was a large airey apartment in a safe, new looking area also close to the Opera house.it had all amenities except the dishwasher wasn't working and the WiFi router kept dropping off.

Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office

The apartment was nice and clean. It was plenty spacious for the two of us. The management lacked proper communication, however. It was not easy to initially find the building based on the info I was provided. This was very frustrating as we dragged our bags across the bridge and back and forth looking for the apartment. The directions I was given at check in was, "cross the bridge and turn left. There is the buidling"

I loved this property. For me it was so central and close to the waterfront. Great selection of food options for example cafes and restaurants plus great grocery stores nearby. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would recommend this property to anyone without a second thought.

The check in was very quick and easy. The apartment was exactly as expected and even had roof terrace with a glass shelter with tables and chairs where you could bring food drinks etc. the location of apartment was just behind the Munch museum and was surrounded by small bars cafes restaurants and some boutique shops. The main central station was a 5 to 10 minute walk with other transportation methods ( bus and tram) located less that 5 minutes. My husband and I thought it was exceptional and throughly enjoyed our visit we would book again and recommend highly

Great location, needs some touches

So the location and service was great. But in terms of comfort, for shorter stays there was no basics like soap in the bathroom, or tea/coffee. For longer stays, the little one towel per person, small thin pillows etc, aren’t going to be super comfortable. Just some little improvements would make a big difference here.

The address listed for this hotel is not true - you pick up the keys from an office and then have to walk about 10minutes away to find a random apartment building where the room/suite will be. The directions that you are given on "check in" are very basic and unclear - good luck finding where you need to go. The "customer service" for this place is non-existent - there is nobody to speak to out-of-hours and messages and emails are replied to a week later. The bed and pillows are basic (my guess is they spent less than £5 for the most basic bedding set imaginable) - you will feel like you are staying in a scandi-themed prison cell. The kitchen may look nice in the photos but be warned - there is nothing in the cupboards, basic equipment is not available, making it useless. We were conned by the nice photos, and what we thought was a good location, but we would never stay here again and would warn others to avoid completely.

The Apartment was really nice and perfect for a City Trip to Oslo. It was located Perfect. You can reach everything really fast by foot, Tram and Bus. The only criticism is the noise level in the apartment (sepcially at night) as the windows are not soundproof.
