"Second floor has no elevator. Some people can’t climb stairs. They should be very clearly made aware of this unfortunate fact. It’s a 50/50 chance you will be struggle-bussing your bags and weary joints and maybe a toddler or two up a flight of stairs. To me, no big deal. But cmon guys. "My two kids and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights to visit family. You can tell it's slightly dated, but it was overall good from my perspective. The rooms were clean, pool area was great and the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. There's nothing like your own bed and pillows, so that's why I say that. Full kitchen was nice we were able to make alfredo and have plenty of space in the fridge for fresh fruit and whatever else we were traveling with. I would definitely stay again, my only complaint was the bed was pretty stiff for my liking, and we couldnt find extra bedding...
