A perfect place to stay

The Inn is beautiful! And very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Oshkosh or a show at the Grand theater.

The inn was clean and very nice .. however booked a suite paid for a suite and got the blue room very small half shower one chair sit on toilet and might knock your teeth off !! One month after booking suite not available per host ! Not ok to put us in a block blue room ! And other suites were available?! I asked about it too never responded just left us in the little room !!

What a beautiful inn!! We had a great stay. We stayed in The Braywood Suite, the bed was so comfortable; sheets were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was so spacious, and I loved the size of the bathtub. It was very relaxing. We would definitely go back again!

Pleasant stay

The Inn was so beautiful and close to my family that I was in town visiting. It was not too easy to sleep, with guests coming in at 1:30 in the morning and talking at full volume, as well as loud car traffic, however the room was very comfortable, the coffee was nice, and I really enjoyed the room.

absolutely perfect. We stayed in the backyard suite and it was lovely, clean, stocked with everything we could possibly want or need. Great location, quiet, so happy we chose this bed breakfast. Would stay again in a heart beat. Kendall was the best hostess EVER.

The home itself was beautiful and our room was comfortable except for the bathroom set up (European style with no door for privacy). Breakfast and snacks provided were good. We had the whole house to ourselves most of our stay and it was a nice peaceful retreat.

Quiet, Charming Place! Definitely Will Come Back!

We stayed two nights in the Braywood Suite which is on the second floor at the front of the house. The room was cozy and the queen size bed was quite comfortable. It was a nice touch that the bed had a dual adjusted heated mattress pad for anyone coming in colder months. The bathroom was quite spacious and I think it is one of the best features of the room! It has a large vanity, a two person tub/shower and a door that separates it from the bedroom. There is only one other bedroom on the second floor and from what I learned, it can be booked as a one- or two-bedroom suite. There is also a large studio suite that is separate from the house. We did get a chance to tour all the bedrooms on the first floor. They are very nice, the only quirk is that none of the bathrooms have a door that can be closed to separate it from the bedroom. There is a nice enclosed front porch, two different sitting rooms inside, and a beautiful sitting area outside. There is a large dining area and a kitchen where you have 24 hour access to coffee, tea, juice, and snacks. There is a full size refrigerator in the kitchen that you can use and a washer and dryer are located off the main sitting room. No formal breakfast is served. We really enjoyed our stay, it was so quiet it felt like we were the only one's there! We will be back again!
