Guests have full access to both the upper unit, including a shared fenced backyard (shared with basement unit tenants), living space, kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom.

Other things to note
There are three exterior security cameras, one at the driveway, one in the backyard and one at the front entrance. These will absolutely not interfere with your privacy and instead provide security for guests.
