I would like to view it that it’s the language barrier that caused a dent in the service. Apparently, it is not. Nice environment but not worth for me to visit again."

"We were glad to have chosen Toya Onsen Hotel Hanabi for our stay at Lake Toya. The lake view and the daily fireworks on the lake were great experience for us. We could stroll along the lake feeling safe no matter what time we chose to do. We were lucky to have a pleasant weather even though it drizzled a little, but with an umbrella, problems are solved!"

"This hotel was excellent. The view was perfect. We could see the fireworks from our room window. The hotel had 2 onsen and the upstairs one was spectacular! Buffet was great and there’s lots of amazing food options along the street. Overall, breathtaking as a hotel."
