"It's a nice little modest hotel but very clean. Staff are very friendly. Location is good. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, waffles, cereal, breads, yogurt. The only thing that is not so good is the coffee but Dunkin is literally right next door. There is no elevator, so if you can't do stairs make sure to book on the first floor. But nice for a very reasonable price."

We also loved the river walk and the location. It is close to shops and great restaurants. We had a lovely stay and are looking forward to returning. "
