"Major disappointment – the room did not match the booking, the heating did not work, and there was no hot water
We booked an “Exclusive Double Room” for one night through Expedia, for 2 people, explicitly listed in the description as having “1 Double Bed.” The room description also listed “heating” as one of the amenities.
