Lemonsea Onomichi

8/10 Good

"A 10 minute walk from Onomichi station, area is a bit gloomy at night and no eating places nearby. Provides a mix of private rooms with bathroom and hostel rooms with shared facilities, this is not unusual in Japan. There is a bar and some breakfast foods with kettle in the room. No great on sound proofing but quiet generally from 10-630, say, so fine for sleeping on firm bed. Good value."

10/10 Excellent

"Simple hotel that has everything you’d need for a short stay. Unfortunately the bath does not allow tattoos so I could not partake. The staff were very helpful when I requested an extra pillow and allowed me to pick between a harder and softer one. Convenient location to bus stop and the rental bike shops."
