The hotel is good, in a great location, and well kept. It is located close to 2 metro stops, food, shopping. Breakfast was good, lots of variety but mostly Japanese (not a complaint, we enjoyed the food), but some of the food could have been warmer. Also, while ecology is a stated goal, everything, including towels and robes, is in plastic. Our room was large, not common in Japan.

The location was perfect (close to restaurants, shopping, and metro)! The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was good overall as well (although I would recommend adding some fruit options). I would stay here again!

This hotel was in a great location, our room was very big and since we only stayed for 1 night it was fine for our purposes. We saw after we were already checked in that some reviewers called it a love hotel and I think that may be accurate. I think in terms of appearance inside it was more of a 2 star hotel. It is definitely in need of a renovation (to say the least), and it just seemed like something wasn’t right and everything came across as a bit shady. Just our impression and I am sure it was safe but if we had booked for more than 1 night we probably would have changed hotels. The breakfast buffet was pretty terrible as well .

A very big room with panoramic windows made for a great stay and such a luxury compared to the typical compact room we’ve had before in Japan. Staff was very friendly and helpful from check in through to the time we left and was much appreciated.as for location we were right near so many good places to eat near Namba and Dotombori a close walk away. Such a fun stay!

Everything was great - the location, the rooms (huge and comfortable), the bathroom, the breakfast, the small touches. All good and we would 100% recommend. It was especially nice having so much space and a king bed after our long flight.

The rooms were HUGE and a bit quirky but we loved it. Our room even had a massage chair and a huge jacuzzi bath and shower. Staff was really friendly and location was convenient to shopping and restaurants/nightlife. The breakfast was ok nothing to write home about but everything else here was great.

Booked a triple deluxe room for myself and two daughters knowing that Japanese rooms tend to be smaller. What a delightful surprise to have a room with not only a couch and 3 beds (both shown in pics) but also a full walk in shower with a deep jetted tub, a bidet toilet and a massage chair. Breakfast was fresh and different every day. So close to the Namba Station, markets, Dotonbori and local restaurants.
