"It was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was really tiny making using the toilet a little difficult. Good restaurant with friendly staff. Parking was limited so I got permission to park in a reserved space, although I was nervous they would tow the car away."

"A phenomenal stay. Great atmosphere; a truly unique experience with the artwork as well as tongue-in-cheek names for the spaces. By far our favorite spot during our week-long travels across Missouri. Great location. An amazing house - a historic home in every sense of the word; and the best value of any place we stayed. Coupled with exceptional places to eat or have a drink within walking distance, and even more within a 2-mile drive, staying at the Big House made Jefferson City our favorite stay. Shout out to Prison Brews and Sweet Smoke bbq as well."
