Located just off of the Grand Glaize Bridge at mile marker 19 in Osage Beach, this condo is exactly where you want to be for all of your activities at the Lake.

The brand new Topsider is exactly where you want to be. While enjoying the panoramic view from your oversized, private deck, you can watch the boats come in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. This new complex is still adding amenities and facilities but guests joining us in 2023 will have access to the beautiful lakeside swimming pool, covered dock for fishing if you're looking to cast a line, free parking, and free WiFi.

With a King in the Main Suite and Queens in each of the other two guestrooms, everyone can sleep comfortably with their own space. During the day, enjoy relaxing on your oversized covered deck with a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake before heading down to the family pool or infinity pool for some sun, one of four covered docks for some fishing, a local marina to pick up a boat or wave runner, or off to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile market of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most destinations <5 minutes away and almost all activities and attractions just a 10-15 minute drive including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and more!

When you’re back home and looking to relax, enjoy that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free Wifi access, watch TV on the flat screen over the elegant electric fireplace, or even catch up on your TV binge using the streaming services available on one of 4 TVs provided in each bedroom and Living Room..

BRING YOUR BOAT!
Ask about the availability of our multiple Boat Slips available in 12x40 and 14x36! Topsider DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.

***In general, slips will be provided on a first request basis between the multiple condos that we offer at Topsider for $25/night. If a specific size is needed please confirm availability to avoid any issues.***

Parking is free and first-come-first serve for the entire complex.

We utilize NestxYale SmartLocks for our rentals making check-in, check-out, and condo access extremely easy for our guests. NO KEYS REQUIRED!

We are available via the Vrbo platform if needed but have set our home up in a way that our guests should feel at home. With keyless locks and check-in, our guests only need to reach out to us if they need us.

Topsider is a brand new luxury condo complex with a mix of Vacation Condos and residences right in the heart of Osage Beach. From the parking lot you are <10 minutes away from just about all of the attractions by car and endless activities by water!

Onsite parking is free for guests. There are no reserved spots and we would recommend parking on the far end (furthest from the entrance) to be closes to your condo.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

New, very modern upscale condo with great amenities. Three couples with own bedrooms and private bathrooms. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. Close to everything in the Osage Beach area. If we come back to this area we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean

Was very happy with our stay. Unit was super clean and easy to find. The pool was amazing. There is still construction on a few of the buildings, which didn’t hurt our stay at all. It will be even more amazing once those are done. One thing to note is that the driveway down to the units is super steep. Make sure your breaks work! ;) Would stay here again for sure!

Girls Trip on the Lake

This property is beautiful and spotless. The infinity pool with tables is just as gorgeous. It’s a good place for adults and kids alike. I gave it a 4/5 on location because the near by construction sucks but this place is going to be perfect once it is done. It is not far from restaurants or boat rentals. The pictures do NOT do this place justice, it is much larger than it appears in photos. Scott was very kind and responsive to any questions we had. My only suggestion is to add a full length mirror because it was a girls trip we wanted to see our shoes with our outfits.

Mother Daughter trip

This condo is now my favorite place on the lake. It is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view of the Grand Glaize Bridge and both pools. The view at night is breathtaking. Scott was wonderful to work with! My mom and I definitely plan on returning and bringing our family back.

Nice unit with some sound issues

Very nice and new unit with updated decor. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was well-stocked all around. A negative for us was that you could easily hear voices in certain areas. For instance, while I was in the master bedroom bathroom, I could hear a gentleman’s phone conversation and we could easily hear dog above barking occasionally (not at bad hours however, so we ignored it. But it was just odd how easily it could be heard). The other noise issue is you can hear people’s footsteps in the unit above. So the sound issues are a bit unusual for such a nice unit. It wasn’t a make or break for us though and we really appreciated the excellent quality of the unit overall.

Great property! Excellent view. Only thing I didn’t like was you could hear the people above you walking/running and the outdoor lights shined into 2 of the rooms so much it didn’t get very dark at night. Otherwise it’s a gorgeous house, very clean, great pool. Would stay there again even with the few minor issues
