"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

"The pool area is exactly like the picture. A real oasis. This house is for those who like originality. Its layout is unusual and the deco is superbly personal. So many touches that made us smile and feel happy. The house was delightful - very comfy, two big lovely double bedrooms (one very private), a small twin room very private, lots of little areas to sit down and read a book. "Veronica was a very kind host. The property is one of the finest we have stayed at in Italy. As per other visitors comments, the roads are narrow, a car the size of a Golf is an ideal size. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, plenty of lounge space and terraces outside. It is situated is what could only be described as a large park, the landscaping is massive. Very rural location, you will have to drive for any facilities. Recommended if you want a quiet holiday."

"Absolutely gorgeous property which had us feeling like we were in a fairytale. I’m surprised the birds and squirrels didn’t come in and help me make my bed each day. The views are stunning and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. We had chefs for breakfast and dinner - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Gian is helpful and knowledgeable and really puts effort into making sure the stay and the home are top notch. Thank you, Gian! We are just driving away and I miss it already."
