The property lies at 10km from Orvieto, the Bolsena lake and it's charming villages and Civita di Bagnoregio. Beside there are many nice villages to visit in the surroundings and it lies in a en excellent positioned to visit Umbria, southern Tuscany, Rome and northern Lazio. Siena and Rome are both at 1h30 driving and the sand beaches of Tarquinia are at 1 hour driving (the well known area of Argentario is at 1h20 driving). The highway and trainstation of Orvieto are at 10 minutes driving. The whole property is for private use of the tenant (house, garden and pool are not shared with any other person). So it is a perfect place for those searching a relaxing place for their holidays. It's suitable for up to 4/5 persons (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) and has an own garden (completely fenced with entrance gate) with a 8 by 4 meter swimming pool (depth 1,5 meter). The pool area is completely fenced and there is a gate to access it, useful for families with young children or babies. Between the pool and the house there is a gazebo with table and chairs for eating outdoor (view on the pool area), there is also a barbecue nearby to cook. On the other side of the house the there is a covered terrace (can also be used as covered parking area for one car). On the ground floor there are a kitchen, dining/living area, bathroom and a small single bedroom (we suggest for a child). On the first floor 2 bedrooms, one with double bed the other with two single beds. On requests also baby cot available. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Wi-fi internet connection free of charge available. All the most common household appliances are available (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee/cappuccino maker, stereo/CD player, DVD player, TV and Sat-TV,...). The property lies around 10 kms from the well known city of Orvieto and 10 Kms from the lake of Bolsena. The trainstation of Orvieto Scalo is 12 Kms far away. If you want to visit Rome and Florence, the trip is of around 1h30. The nearest shops (supermarket and some other) are in village of Torre San Severo (2 kms from the property). More shops and supermarkets are available in Porano and Bolsena (both at 10 kms). There is a big supermarket close to the highway exit at Orvieto, this is open all the days (also on Sunday) until 20h. Nearest restaurants: Il bosco del pesce 1 km far away from the property, Il conte at 2,5 km, Fuorimano at 3,5 km. Other restaurants we advice: Il boccone del prete (close to Porano, very characteristic in a cave), Il corsica and La Palomba in the historic center of the city of Orvieto. Nearest golf courses: Acquapendente Golf Club at 15 Kms, the Golf Club Nazionale Resort is 70 Kms far away.
