Love the location which is close to everything that the tourists which for. 10 mins walk from the train station, close to the tourist office and the château des ducs, commercial center, walkable to the marché Talensac, Jardin des plantes, etc. The apartment has a great living room, very spacious, bright and cozy. "We loved our stay in Nantes, it is a really great place to discover. And the best bit was probably the apartment which was so comfortable, light and stylish. And with a wonderful view from the balcony across the water towards the centre which wasn't far away... we hope to come again."

"the apartment is in a good location and in good conditions. Unfortunately the communication was horrible. All the e mails were in french and was very hard to understand what was going on. I have being a client from VRBO for more than 10 years and this is the first time that I had to paid for linen and towels. On top of that the quality was unacceptable . Was like using towel paper."

Un conseil, trouver un parking (payant par exemple du type P+R) car il y a peu de places disponibles et le stationnement revient vite cher en plaine ville."

"Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town. "
