Clean room and overall facilities. Easy to get to a train station to get to Milan. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Only issue we had was that the Room was 26 deg C at night and couldn’t sleep good for 2 nights. They won’t turn on the AC because of the municipal restrictions until May 1st.

The front staff were not pleasant or helpful. I speak passable Italian and only had minimal questions. They seemed inconvenienced by them. The room was tiny. Small rooms are common in Italy but this was very small. The most frustrating thing was that there was no outlet I could plug into to use my styling tools. The blow dryer in the bathroom had an outlet that said “Shavers only”. There was a large mirror in the bedroom but no outlet nearby. I had to plug in next to the bed and do my hair blind.

It was a great hotel , close to the train station but we arrived at night so we took an uber. They have the shuttle from and to the airport and since we were leaving in the early morning , they prepare some lunch boxes and it was great . I would definitely stay here next time . Thank you so much !
