Our deluxe 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the mountains is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, away from the pedestrian centre yet so close to it if you don't mind walking downhill and uphill. Similarly, the view from the outdoor swimming pool/jacuzzi is stunning. "I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! "

"The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and well maintained, but not updated (the bathrooms are old but clean!). The view from the room was outstanding and service was very friendly and prompt. The only real negative was that the bed was very uncomfortable (somehow too hard and too soft at the same time). We stayed in a normal double room with a balcony. "
