(two double beds and one with bunk bed) as well as one family bathroom.
Outside is a sheltered dining area with amazing mountain and
countryside views, a large private swimming pool and BBQ area. There is
also a children's section with toys.

The house heating is 60 Euros per day for the downstairs apartment
,60Euros per day for the upstairs apartment and, 120 Euros per day
payable directly to the owner.
The tourist tax of 3 Euros per person per night applies for the first 6
nights of your stay. Children under 12 and individuals with
disabilities are exempt. The tax is payable in cash upon arrival,
directly to the property owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
