"This property is Extremely Beautiful and so very very well maintained and clean. Our host and hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and a berry tort, delicious. The surrounding area is so very peaceful and beautiful. We were there for 1 week and totally enjoyed our selves. The home itself is very well equipped with whatever one would need. I could tell that attention to detail was the owners goal. Very lovely people and very lovely home."

There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. "The house was a real gem - fantastic all around. Truly off-off the beaten track, peaceful, with all the amenities you may need. It was very clean, super comfortable and really enjoyable. We stayed for 7 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Lots of small villages to visit within less than 1 hour and Orvieto is also close. The hosts, Manuela and Martin, were superb - friendly, quick to respond to any question or request we had. In short - highly recommended"

The pool was a perfect size for four kids aged 4-13 and had a good cleaning system so always felt fresh. Rooms were spacious and with sturdy furniture. The host (A.) was quick to answer any questions on WhatsApp. Good with a car since the road up to the house is steep, but this is well compensated by the gorgeous view."

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."
