"We were only there for 3 1/2 hours for a quick sleep so can’t really comment to much.The bunk beds were very squeaky but the main beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean and had what was needed. Good and easy free transfer from and to the airport."

"Great hotel for overnight travellers on a budget. Clean, room size adequate, small gym, buffet breakfast. Very close to the airport. Make sure to walk through Sky City - otherwise it’s a rough road and a tunnel. Self-service laundry facilities on ground floor. Stayed one night and it was perfect for onwards travel the next day."

"Amazing hotel with lovely views. We stayed in Junior suite in separate Clasonska gården and everything was perfect. Only minus was that we had prebooked and paid for parking space and yet there was none, spots were already taken. Staff were however creative and quickly found a solution."

"Clean, well maintained property. The bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Everything else was perfect except that the bathroom sink is unusually small to wash your face in and Bathroom lacks enough hanging hooks and a trash can. No place to hang towels or clothes."

"My stay was nice. I booked this hotel for it had a hot tub. I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub for I was touring Europe and was sore from all the walking. Unfortunately the airline lost my luggage with all my clothes. I had a spare change of clothes plus a pair of spandex shorts and a tank top. I was told by staff I had to have an actual swim suit. I found staff not to be very friendly or even to care that I lost my luggage. No help offered or recommendations on who to call or get help from. Came back later for dinner in there dinning room and waited a lot time before getting my meal. Even the waiter wasn't to friendly. Glad it was only 1 night or I would have went somewhere else. I don't think I'd ever go back poor customer service."
