"Beautiful, newly renovated home with a spectacular view of Bellagio. Well appointed. Very comfortable. Beautiful hand crafted wood furniture. Not just one but TWO Nespresso coffee machines in the house!!! Beautiful landscaped garden with outdoor seating and 2 balconies. Stefy is such a wonderful host-very responsive and kind. "Let’s start with Sara being a magnificent host. She communicates in very precise terms and is so friendly. The views of the lake are simply AMAZING. I worried about the warm weather and the unit not having AC. There is a draft through the unit throughout the day and with the cool evenings, well sleeping comfortably was not a problem. Will definitely be back one day."

"We enjoyed our stay in Gulia’s beautiful home. The rustic features are gorgeous. There is an outdoor dining table with outdoor fireplace which is beautiful. The kitchen appeared well stocked and Gulia left some snacks, water, and champagne for us which was much appreciated. "The location was as expected. The property has one shower. After checking in we messaged the manager that there was no wifi. Unfortunately we ended up with with no wifi for three days. The oven was also broken. A technician was called but couldn't fix it. We were not offering any compensation for these inconveniences. You may consider renting somewhere else."
