"My family and I stayed here for 8 days and could not have been more pleased. Situated in a private and quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from all the beautiful sites Paris has to offer, either on foot or by metro. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and very comfortable with everything you need. Host was responsive and helpful. We'll def stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Paris."

"From the time I requested the apartment and all during my stay, Vincent and Amanda were attentive to my needs and questions. There was a glitch with the wifi, but Vincent worked with me to fix the issue. The apartment is spotless, and I loved having a fridge, sink, dishes and a small stove top; staying for 11 days, I didn't want to eat breakfast out every morning, so it was nice to keep milk, cereal and cook some hard boil some eggs. "Cute, but very tiny apartment. it is only about 45 sq feet. No door on bathroom. The apartment itself was clean, but the building common areas were dirty and dusty with lots of construction materials. We had some challenges with the wi-fi. Initially the host had provided the wrong network and password. But then it stopped working. The host still hadn't responded to us after 36 hours of no wi-fi. The power went out and the toilet started leaking, and the host did not respond to my messages...

"My family stayed here for 6 nights during the Olympic Games. Location was great- just 2 minutes from the Pigalle Metro station. The property met our expectations. It was as described on the listing and was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the shower was better than most. I would definitely recommend this property. "This place is perfect if you’re looking for something cheap just to spend the night and not spend much time in. The place is very close to Mairie d’Aubervilliers station on the Metro, which is 20-40 minutes away from most Paris sights. Communication was easy, though Felicie is new to VRBO so it was easier to text information than on the app. "

Has all the necessities and great view, beautiful large windows, lots of bars and restaurants nearby and close to metro in a nice building. Small downsides - smells in bathroom from old pipes (??) and very loud music on weekends. The noise from the bars was not an issue during Sunday to Thursday nights."

"Loved the location and the rooftop view was incredible. First night the fridge stopped working and all the food we bought became rotten but the front desk reimbursed for them. The water in the shower only had hot water and wouldn’t turn off but they came and maintenance came and fixed the issue as well with the fridge. They gave good restaurant recommendations and were very accessible for location for the metro. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall fantastic minus the couple hiccups...

"The property is good, but they clean the rooms once in 7 days or may be after each check out. We stayed for 6 nights, hence no cleaning. We checked in late in the night about 10:30 pm. This was informed in advance. Now there is a numbered lock for entry. The reception is quite far from the main entrance. The man on duty was fast asleep. One of our colleagues checked in one day before. I had to call him up to open the door. Point is a calling bell could save all the troubles. Next all the staffs...
