It consists of a large kitchen-living room, a bright double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom-shower.

From the large patio leads to the dining room, with classic lines and warm colors, as opposed to the modern style of the double bedroom with a bed in light wood.

The sleeping area also consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

In the panoramic garden, the long summer evenings become unique moments for excellent grilling, caressed by the pleasant sea breeze.

Very great house

The neibouring is very calm, good localisation but Ă  car is needed to access all intesresting spot. Thanks Olivia for this marvelous house.

Realy nice place!!!

Nice house with AC, beautiful garden ( with a private small playground for children). Check in was very easy. Various beaches within 5min with a bike. I would definitely recommand it!

Very Nice House

We stayed during 3 nights and the experience was fantastic . The check in process was to late, due some issues that we had, and the flexibility from the owner was amazing. The location of the house is perfect with a short 5 minutes walk to the beach Calla Ginepro and calla liberotto. The house itself is absolutely fantastic! The interior is great but the exterior space was amazing to chill after a good day on the beach. Absolutely to repeat

Super Ferienhaus - traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr sauber, es fehte an Nichts. Der Garten war sehr schön und liebevoll gepflegt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒllt. Kontakt mit Olivia war einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin! KĂŒche perfekt ausgestattet! Gute Wandermöglichkeiten & schöne StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he. Die Wand zum Nachbarhaus ist nicht schallisoliert, aber das fĂŒr uns kein Problem. Kein Schrank bzw. Regal im Kinderzimmer. Von daher ein ideales Haus fĂŒr ein Paar oder eine dreiköpfige Familie. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke Olivia!

Le paradis au soleil et au calme

Merveilleux logement dans lequel rien ne manque. TrÚs bien situé, plage à 1 km, commerces à 2 , mais facile pour aller plus loin. Relations avec Olivia faciles par WhatsApp.

Ubglaublich schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu zweit als Paar in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist eine DoppelhaushĂ€lfte mit eigenem Garten, man sieht die Nachbarn also fast nie und ist ungestört. Es gibt neben dem Garten noch vorne eine Terasse mit Pavillon und sitzecke. Hinter dem Haus eine weitere kleine Terasse mit LiegestĂŒhlen zum sonnen. Das Haus selbst hat eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche mit allem was man braucht. Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Man hat 2 Schlafzimmer und einen Wohn/Essbereich. Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern verlief reibungslos und zum start haben wir sogar wasser und wein bekommen :) Sehr zu empfehlen!

Posto incantevole, molto attrezzato. Bellissimi spazi all’aperto con vista mare. Con una piccola passeggiata a piedi si arriva alla bellissima spiaggia di Cala Ginepro.

Wir waren 5 Tage bei Olivia im Haus. Es war alles völlig problemlos, super sauber und schön gemacht. Ich fĂ€nde es persönlich etwas schöner wenn es mehr Gras und weniger Steine gĂ€be, da sich die Kids auf dem Steinrasen oft weggegangen haben. Es gab von Olivia einige Sardinisch Aufmerksamkeiten, wodurch wir uns zusĂ€tzlich sehr willkommen geheißen gefĂŒhlt haben. Vielen Dank!

Nettes HĂ€uschen in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Ca 1km zum Strand mit vielen StrĂ€nden im Umkreis von 15 Autominuten. Supermarkt, Restaurants, BĂ€ckerei und Apotheke in unter 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Ein SpĂŒlmaschine wĂ€re schön.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Es ist in ruhiger Lage, Restaurants sind in ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum tollen Sandstrand sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß,. Wir sind mit dem Auto gefahren, man kann dort kostenfrei parken. Wir wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schickes kleines HĂ€uschen am Waldrand

Inmitten schöner, kleiner Berge, unweit vom Meer gelegen bietet dieses HĂ€uschen einen schönen Startpunkt fĂŒr Unternehmungen. FußlĂ€ufig erreichbar sind die StrĂ€nde von Cala Ginepro und Cala Liberotto. Durch den angrenzenden Wald lassen sich schöne Wanderungen und Radtouren machen. Allerdings muss man dafĂŒr ĂŒber einen Zaun steigen. Die schönsten StrĂ€nde sind etwas weiter weg, aber die sind oft in weniger als 30 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Einkauf braucht man ein Auto - oder zumindest ein Fahrrad. Verkehrsregeln sind eher so eine Art Vorschlag. GefĂŒhlt hĂ€lt sich kein Einheimischer daran. Innerorts muss man als FußgĂ€nger gut aufpassen. Ausserorts sind Nahtoderfahrungen alltĂ€glich. Was uns an der Insel aber am meisten gestört hat, war der ĂŒberall herum liegende MĂŒll. In jedem Busch, in jedem Graben liegt MĂŒll. Flaschen, Dosen, Verpackungen ... Selbst Windeln liegen offen herum. Die StrĂ€nde sind sauber, aber der Weg dahin ist grausig. Schade eigentlich. Die Insel könnte so schön sein

GemĂŒtliches Aufenthalt im August 2023

Wir haben eine Woche hier im Hochseson verbracht und es war so so schön und ruhig hier. Die DoppelhaushĂ€lfte war sehr sauber, modern und verfĂŒgte ĂŒber alles notwendiges. Zu dem Haus gab es eine nette Katze dazu, die Kinder haben sich nicht gelangweilt. Spielplatz im Garten , viele SchattenplĂ€tze mit Liegen, Sitzgruppen, viele schöne StrĂ€nde mit dem Auto ca. 5 min entfernt gelegen, Gartendusche, Klimaanlage im Haus. Alles top

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen GrundstĂŒck. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war absolut unkompliziert per WhatsApp möglich. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war fĂŒr unsere erwachsenen Töchter etwas beengt. Ist eher fĂŒr jĂŒngere GĂ€ste geeignet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und der Aufenthalt lĂ€dt zur Wiederholung ein.

Die Bilder und Beschreibung werden der RealitĂ€t nicht gerecht - es war wesentlich besser! Das Haus ist nicht der ĂŒbliche Standard, sondern sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Den Garten mit seinen vielen Sitz- und LiegeplĂ€tzen haben wir sehr genossen. Rundum ein toller Urlaub mit tollen Gastgebern und Wiederholungspotential - wir kommen gerne wieder!
