"The reception staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming and gave great recommendations for the local are. The rooms are fantastic. Lovely shampoo etc, the only downside was there was only 1 washing machine and dryer. Given this was Rotorua, I’d expect more machines as everyone wants to get the sulphur out of their clothes. Great hotel, good parking, very pleased. "

"This was certainly the most impressive venue during this trip, as the pool was beautiful regardless of the bad weather. My grandchildren couldnt wait to get up and have another dip in the pool before departure the day we left. Very hospitable staff, friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be back. "

"Room a bit small but ok for single person on a business trip. Shower VERY small. Clean and quiet with comfortable bed. Easy walking to Eat Street and other activities. Disappointed that Pools were closed for maintenance"
