Very quiet flat in a very central area. It is close to supermarkets and also has a restaurant nearby. You can walk to almost anywhere in the urbanisation.

It has two double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, plus sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. It also has a bathroom, as well as a north-facing terrace, so it can be used all day long in summer.

The Torremar building offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and children\'s playground.
