"Celebrated my 40th birthday in Easter Island and decided to stay in Ohana. The location is a bit far from the town if you want to walk.but you can always ask the hotel to call for a taxi or you can also rent a car directly at the hotel which is a lot cheaper compared to the rental cars in town. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive with our needs and they even made me a birthday cake which was very nice. The rooms are huge and the AC was working great. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10"

"Overall, a great place to stay. Wonderful hosts. So very helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to stay that saved a lot of money.
The view from the patio is wonderful.
A couple of little nitpicks. There's no air conditioning so on hot nights the windows need to stay open to catch the sea breeze. Unfortunately the windows are unscreened so some mosquitos do get in.
It's an easy walk to the ocean and multiple great restaurants with sunset views
One of the things I like to do is visit very remote islands so I've had lots to compare and this is a lovely place with great people."
