Nothing was too much trouble, they even rang on my day of arrival to ensure I had all the relevant details needed to enjoy my stay as I was arriving late. "Great find everything about the hotel is excellent especially the food. Only slight gripe had to pay for breakfast, could be built into room cost. I had a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet and not overlooked, I imagine a front facing room could be noisy because of the A59"

"Such an amazing weekend away! The property is perfect and the hot tub too thank you guys! "

"The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately. The location and check-in is so simple and hassle-free. There are few house types that we found out and so good to visit again with extended family. Wifi is stable and with good connection but you may require to login from time-to-time since hotspot is used. I never stayed in a holiday house which is so impressed especially the cost is not high. This is really worth of money."

"We went to stay with friends for a couple of nights to catch up and see more friends nearby. We had a wonderful time. Amy made us feel really welcome through her messages in advance and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies she had left for us. The cottage was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed. The log fired hot tub was a real treat and we barely left the cottage the whole time, except to walk round the locks and back. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. We will be back!"
