"I travelled to Melbourne with my sister and 2 friends for the weekend so the accommodation was perfect for us. It was as advertised, the location was great and the free undercover allocated carpark and lift was great. The only problem was that the lift broke down on the Saturday, we coped with climbing the 3 flights of stairs a couple of times on the Saturday (we are not young) but were concerned about getting our luggage down the stairs when we left on the Sunday. "Layer of dust across the unit not cleaned properly Pictures off the wall. Overwhelming smell of paint that was almost unlivable 2 out of 4 A/c units not working meant that could only stay in the bedrooms due to cold. A/C specialist came but nothing done (eg send room heater) nothing offered Property manager completely disinterested and took forever to respond to requests and complaints"
