"A great base for a visit to Lowestoft. Early morning views from Pakefield cliffs are amazing. The house is in a quiet road and parking was easy for us. Pakefiepld has many little gems and it is worth exploring the nearby streets for Victoria architectural gems."

"The cottage was very warm and cosy and had everything we required, especially as we had travelled by train, so was restricted in what we could bring. Very handy for town centre, local shops, sea front.We enjoyed many walks and runs along the prom and on the beach."

"Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. I will return without doubt as a perfect...

"For a family of 5 the house was a great find. A great location and everything was well thought out. The home is clean, spacious and well Styled. Everything in the flat was well appointed and simple- from the bread waiting for us from a local baker to games to new appliances rooms were nice size and the sitting area in back was nice short walk from city center and from local coffee and restaurants"

"Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. Would highly recommend "
